This is for a local record label, they need it by March so I've still got time
What is wrong with it? How could it be better? Do you like it?
Cheers for those zipped fonts BTW RzA!
(BTW the shading on the top part of the dragon has been fixed but not uploaded)

ive heard that all logos should be able to stand black and white...so i guess thats what i say...think how it will be printed and so on...you want it to look sharp on everything... ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

We've been working alot with that here, especially when doing letterheads and stuff like that...
your logo has to be able to withstand being save in .bmp too, which that dragon definately won't, it's very low rez.
Plus it's pink. If I made a really cool cd booklet and stuff with fleshy colors or whatever, I would NOT want a pink star on it.
Plus as tetsuo said it has to work in b/w too.
I'd like to see that dragon/star a little smaller too... nice other then that |

Cheers guys.
James - Scribble over at will, I've been thinking of this for quite a while, any new help would be welcolme
TeTsUo - If I give the star a thicker outline it looks ok on b&w (just checked)
Strata - How would I be able to keep this clear on .bmp ? If its pink its because i've fukked up the GIF export, it's supposed to be red (I don't expect the actual dragon to be clear at any sort of distance, but the white "E" shape hopefully should be)
again, cheers for the input guys

Hmmz... I don't really know how you could keep this clear on a bitmap, see there's only black and white =)
But there's mostly only black and white in it anyways (if you do what someone said which is stroke the star), then you could keep the star white with a black stroke around it...
What i'd recommend doing is going into photoshop and then converting it to a bitmap, just to see how it turns out, and then removing/adding pixels where bitmaps remove them.
What's pretty annoying tho, is that when you do stuff for letter heads and shit... on most machines they need to be 826x288, 300 dpi and exactly 29kb's big... in my experience at least.... which is kind of annoying.
But actually now that I look at it more closely, there's no shading in the dragon (which I didn't notice said E, btw) so it might convert ok, or at least a third of ok ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/wink.gif) |
