I had posted these deep within another thread in a different forum section, but I figured I'd give them their own thread, so more people can see them. Nothing too interesting-just a couple cars, quick animation tests, very little time spent. :] The Ferrari was built from scratch in 2 days and the other one was designed by a friend of mine, and was built in about 25 hours or so(spread over the course of a number of evenings). The animations...heh, the Ferrari one done in 1.5 hours(first time animating a car btw), the other done in about 10 minutes. Not looking for critiques, but if you feel compelled, feel free to comment. It's really just for your amusement. You need DivX codec to view these. http://www.antsin3d.com/portfo/Jan2k1/doncar1divx.avi http://www.antsin3d.com/portfo/Jan2k1/ferraridivx.avi

Which program did you model/animate it with? It's outstanding, I like that fade effect. |

On the second animation the car casts a shadow in he begining, but you can't see any shadow underneath the card at the end. It looks funny to me. |

Done in Lightwave, animation clipped and spliced in Premeire. For the shadow: I dunno, all the shots were from on looping camera fly-by, rendered at the same time. Maybe it's because I was using shadow maps instead of raytraced shadows.
