It looks like a good start, man. My major critique would probably be that it looks like you spent a lot of time rendering the details on the girl, but the color on the guy is looking kinda flat. You also might wanna push the contrasts (the lights and the darks), because everything kinda looks like a medium tone, and it makes it look a little dull. But that may be what you're going for, I dunno.

I would tone down the value of the big light spot on the wall, and increase the value of the light hitting the figures to make them stand out. Also, since it is a dungeon, or basement, or whatever, I think the ambient light level should be a lot lower. The surfaces perpendicular to the light should be almost black.
The guy's hand is torqued kind of weird, and it's funny how both of their hands are sort of in the same position. But that's the linework, I guess.

hey folks,

thanks for the input its appreciated.

note: the guys colouring is plain because he hasnt really been touched yet, ive only just started with the colouring of the pic and i agree also that his hand is screwed ( recurring habit in my drawings) and that the lit effect on the characters should be more extreme.

dont worry, it will be!

theres a lot going to change still in this pic, hope you like the finished one when its done
