well i attemptd it. Alot of it is wrong perspective wise but i thought i would see what your opinions are. Should i color it?
I dunno. plz leave some comment and some crits. Man, do those come in handy

If you are going for a perspective drawing you might want to use a ruler to give it that technical feel. Some of the lines seems to be a bit curved, this may be because you are drawing from your wrist or maybe you want to give it that curvy cartoony feel. Also you might want to draw that dog from more of a top-view rather than the almost side view that you have.
You may also want to fill in the blank area in the top left. Just a few lines to show that there is a sidewalk or the wall of a building there

Not bad.. add some more shading to the total picture and lessen highlights on cat. Try to put some more textures in too.

The perspective is off in parts as you say - the phone box isn't on the same plane as the pavement, and the lamp post leans some what!
I would advise redrawing to get the perspective right before you spend effort painting.
Also... the top of the lamppost is very flat.
