Unless you're going to a school that have some competence in computer art, I'd drop the 3D (assuming it's CG 3D) and the photoshop too. If it's like most schools teaching art, they have certain kinds of "feelings" towards non-traditional art.

The school "blurb" should tell you what kind of things will be asked for in the interview.

I'd focus on drawing the most difficult things that impress the most, ears, hands, portraits, full body poses (not based on your Penthouse magazines but regular "art" poses like the "casually reclining nude") perspective studies, show that you know how to vary tone and contrast with your medium of choice, if you can do more than pencil and charcoal, it'd probably be a plus ... pictures of sculptures, artistic photos, pastel chalk drawings, gouache, acrylics stuff like that might also give you an advantage.

Choose 8-10 "finished pieces" that must be recently done, weed out the manga and comic book "fan-art", because the lectureres would just roll their eyes and think :"Not another one of those copycats!!!". (I'd do that too mind you. ) Put the best first and last in the presentation, with the "not so great" in the middle. You should also show one of your sketchbooks, that should be full of ideas and observations and if you have "dream-notes" that's good too.

This last part might be hard to do, but still possible, I know illustrators who used this sneaky "technique" to get into college and later to get jobs. Try to find out whether your interviewer is male or female, and maybe even figure out what kind of artwork might be "preferable" to that person, ask previous students, call the school ask about the art lecturers, and pick your artworks based on what you find out.
