I'm Trying to replace all my brushes and swatch colors, with ones more appropriate for painting and coloring.

Is there and easy way to start with a blank swatchbook in PS 7, or do I have to delete the default swatchbook colors one by one and start it from there?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

these guys make them , why not mail them and ask them how they did it...
