John Frusciante and his 3 solo albums...
amazing! He's the Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist, but his solo works are completely different. Try to listen I May Again Know John... Hmmm. Reminds me a lot of surreal things... it's nice draw listening John, and sure, the RHCP too |

"RJD2 - Your Face or Your Kneecaps" is a fantastic journey... seek and enjoy.
I tried "plugging out" yesterday, 'cause I felt a bit distracted. It's true, the silence really made it easier to focus. Maybe the reason why we need music is that it gives us a feeling of not being all on our own?
Oh, and "Sigur Ros" is wonderful too. |

Today, I drew a picture which took about 1.5 hours...and the whole time, I listened to nothing but "Tu vuo' fa l'Americano", "Ciuri, ciuri", "La luna ammenzu'o mari", "Afternoon Delight", and "Guaglione"--quite possibly the five most annoying songs in the world. Every time "Tu vuo' fa l'Americano", "Guaglione", or "Afternoon Delight" came on, I sang along. (I don't know all the words to the other two.)
USUALLY, however, I listen to rather more civilized music--They Might Be Giants, Brainpool, New Order, TM Revolution (eh...well...you know...my one concession to teeny-bopper-ness), the Platters, the Beatles, Verdi, Puccini, Mozart, Bach, Haydn, Schubert, Paganini, and...sometimes...just sometimes...Magnus Uggla.
And I always sing along.
