That's because photoshop doesn't have the smoothing effect that paint does. That means, if you draw a circle fast, it only registers certain points of the circle and draws straight lines between them. Now, in paint, the fix for this is integrated (the computer calculates the right way between the points, ie makes a better guess). In photoshop, there's nothing you can do about it until version 7. In photoshop 7, go to the brushes menu (upper right corner) and check "Smoothing". I haven't had that problem so I can't guarantee it works, but it has for a lot of people. |
