Hi guys! I was wondering if any of you know who did the matte painting work for The lord of the rings, the fellowship of the ring movie. I remember beautiful landscapes and backgrounds in that movie, (maybe some of you were part of the visual team), heh, well, thanks for your support, have a nice day.

Very impressive.. Does anybody recognize any of the matte paintings on his site? Would love to see how they look in the final plates.

Yeah, I completely adore that guy's work. if only he'd update it...

Danny: if you look at his Credits list you can see what films the mattes come from (roughly), but I recognize 'Dungeons & Dragons' 'What Dreams May Come' and 'Screamers' in his Matte gallery.
