hi guys, i need a new scanner, but i'm dirt poor. what is the best scanner for under 200 bucks that can scan slides and drawings?

You can get a high quality scanner for $100 or less nowdays.
Plusteks are low price, but i recommend doing a search for reviews and comparisons.
