I while ago, I visited some site that featured people posting their work, and then users commenting, much like DeviantArt. I think it was more art-based than DeviantArt - it didn't include skins or windows themes.
Anyways - I forgot to bookmark it. I wondered if anyone here might know which site I'm babbling about?

Hmmm...Epilogue seems to be down at the moment.

Digital Art is very close to the one I'm thinking of - there was a rating system and a top ten list or something, because I remember slagging off one of the top rated images because it was simple filter-monkey work...

There's this site called Bkaro. Supposed to be like DA or something.. but more art based than application skinning.

Deskmod has skins and stuff, but is quite similar to DeviantArt.

GfxArtist is fairly close to the site I had in mind. Some very nice work on there.

Hmmm...some nice sites, but still no. It was definately not a forum - it was a proper site. And it allowed anonymous users to post comments, which is unusual...
