Looking to get back to my more traditional roots in digital art. Just got a great wacom and want to get a painting program - there are alot out there and I was hoping someone would point me in the right direction. My main concern is a good variety of different mediums to work with in the program - chalk, paint, pencil, brush types - possibly something with different canvas or paper types. Well THX for time - |

I agree - as much as I love Photoshop, I think Painter will be what you want. I started out with Painter Classic, and was rather delighted with its (somewhat limited) capabilities. I now have Painter 7 - which I need to use more!
If you have Painter Classic (it may have come bundled with your Wacom) check it out! |
