ok i was at this page that showed a bunch of different fantasy artists work, and i see this awesome stuff by a guy who they said was named klee. i dont know what the page was and now i cant find any info on him.

oh and its NOT paul klee! im really sick of finding him on searches ugh!

Could it be his name was Keel? Unfortunately my bookmark to his site doesn�t work anymore, but look here: http://www.fantasya.net/galerie.php?imgsection=1&ref=926 .
Maybe that�s what you were looking for.

his name is Cos , he post here very often, check out the gallery/finished work section, and find the name COS, if u cant find it, try page 2.

Thanks for the link Ben. (Updated my bookmark...) I like his stuff also a lot. His style reminds my of quite some other fantasy artists.
