Hi,
I've been using photoshop on my new P.c for about 2 months, no problem at all...
but suddenly for no apparent reason, its started running reeeeaaaly slow, like I'm running 4mb RAM or something..
I haven't got a huge amount of RAM, 256...but that shouldn't mean PS runs really slow...
for examlple I open a small JPG, not even 40k...and it takes forever..
Any ideas why this is?? |

Have you installed the 6.1 update? It'll probably fix that problem, you can download it for free from www.adobe.com |

True! 6.0 has some memory and config file problems which cause such slowdowns which is fixed in the 6.1 patch. |
