this maybe a stupid question..but is there a way so that i can just right click on the mouse to bring up the brush sizes? i had it set up once then i was messin around with the settings, well i messed up now i want the right click for brushes options back. can anyone help? im talking about photoshop by the way

Have you installed the 6.1 update for PS 6? If not then that should do the trick!
