Don't think so... but here's a great forum for asking Flash related questions... or searching for questions that have already been asked... which I'm sure this one has...

I don't think there's a way to edit .swf files. You need the original .fla file. The swf files is comparable to a flattened Photoshop file - having the original .psd file with all the layers is the best way to go about editing an image.

... sorry, that's the best way I could describe it.

Some swf files can be edited yes, some not, depends on who made it and if they want you mucking around with it....Just open Flash and import the swf...Should work, if not then it's been locked, which you can do BTW.

Another great place for Flashfun is http://www.flashkit.com

you can get programs to give you objects, sounds, and AS. But this only lists them and does not work if the swf is encrypted...so you are'n likely to be able to recreate a flash movie this way. And, getting the graphics and using them for yourself is tantamount to theft. there are thousands of opensource flas out there..were-here is awesome for flash,

ciao

dizzog: thats a good place, thanks
FordPrefect: i dont want to steel flash-work from other artists! please dont misunderstand my intention.i just want to analyse good work for learning, so free flas are useful, but i want to know how very good flashes work ....
thanks for your crit
