In my experience many extroverts that I�ve met in my life who likes to "goof around,and are good at it" often seems to be good in drawing and art in general.
So thats why I wonder if it works the other way around too, are sijun members and artists more outgoing and extrovert than people in general are?
Whats your opinion about this?

Hmmm. There's no straight answer. There are all kinds of artists, as there are all kinds of people. I've met really introverted artist, and total goofballs too. But one thing I have noticed is that the introverted artists always relax more and open up to other artists. But when they are around unartistic people, they just keep to themselves.

I've noticed animators are usually the complete goofballs.

I wouldn't try to find the difference between artists and normal people, because there is no difference.
The only difference is the trick the artist can do, and someone else can't. Why would you segregate painters and designers and inkers and the lot from the other people?
I've met great people, I've seen total arses do fantastic stuff, extrovert, introvert, anything. You should put up a genuine research to find the answer to this.
I am more of the introvert type, but I'm not an artist. I just draw.

I think these conversations are totally useless. Are good artist left - or right handed, black or white, gays or do they have moustage or are they loonies or drunks.

I think the only common thing with good artists is that they are innovative and have good imagination. Of course there are artist who are not, but you can see it from their work.

I suppose there is all kinds of artists as luna said and that the only real true connection you can see between them is there innovation and imagination as SolarC pointed out cleverly.
But maybe...(points finger and wrinkle forehead) artists are better drivers than "not artist people"!! because of their visualisation skills and spatial abilities (gotta check out the statistic on that)
Dont I have better things to do with my time than this?

Most artists I have met a pretty low-key, down to earth, calm people... on the introverted side (inclusing myself). Perhaps being dreamers instead of achievers gives the mind more practice at imagination and imagery.

Drawing funny stuff has nothing to do with it though - I draw rediculous (sometimes freaky) material but I'm really not in any sort of way a social person, or even outgoing for that matter.

well... i'm a totally introverted type of person. i just have a small circle of friends but i am pretty sure that they all are true friends.

i don't like standing in the center of anything... i like more being alone most of my time and dreaming.

Introverted for sure. I don't know if I'd be more open around arty people because I don't know anyone into illustration and things like that.

Agree with the last 3 speakers. I'm very introverted and antisocial. Not that I hate people, I like people, it's just that I like working more. I have no close friends that I see regularly, right now. (Just a few from the past, far away.)

i, too, am very introverted. through the school years, though, i'd gained a pretty tight circle of friends whom i feel completely comfortable around. i'm not afraid of what i say or do when i'm in that company. moving away for college this year has only made that more apparent to me .. and i'm thinking it has a lot to do with getting into an 'art mode' .. spending more time alone trying to tap into my creative and productive side (if it exists). so, what it may come down to is that most artists need to have that time alone to concentrate their efforts onto a peice of art. they have a good reason, i guess, for some introvertedness.

I'm extremely borderline intro/extro. I need my time to myself, and don't think much of parties or pointless social gatherings, but I do enjoy talking to people and I love giving speaches or presentations. I think artists in general can be loners simply because they focus so much on their art.
