liser studios- it seems like if they're a pro they already have painter if they really want it so it should level the playing field for you some.

will the fact that i'm only 18, in high school, and just starting out be taken into consideration?

i don't expect to be able to compete against the likes of other artists on his board, especially since i'm so much younger and inexperienced compared to them.
of course, this could just be a good oppurtunity for the people starting out in the field to get a free version of one of the better programs out there, they could use it a lot more than a high schooler could...

Yeah, finally the contest started, been waitin' for that since two weeks. Oh well, I am gonna give it a try, because I still go to the High School and can't afford it.. :/ DOH.

Ok, do not think I have a chance, but a possibility to improve is it for sure.

I don't see why not....but I may ask you to pay for the shipping since I don't want the contest to cost me money to sponsor. I'm not getting a thing out of this other than the satisfaction of helping promote painter.
