I have an image. It's grayscale and contains black text on white background.
Now I need (all) the white turned into transparent.
Just the magic wand won't do, because it gives me white fringes all along the letters.
Please, somebody tell me how to replace the white with transperency.
Btw, its not a GIF and isn't supposed to end up as one.
Thanks |

You can select the white areas and go over it with the eraser tool or use the 'Clear' feature under the 'Edit' drop down in Photoshop. |
