Since you live in the capital of Germany, I think it should be easy to find a chance to do life drawing classes. Check around art supply stores, there's often flyers advertising for life drawing classes there. Or check on the city's homepage whether there are any art schools that offer life drawing classes for non members.
I had a life drawing class yesterday, it's definitely good practice.

The best reference is a real life one, of course. Taking a life-drawing class, as someone suggested...or starting one, if you know people in your area that are interested. You can find models for hire.

I started with books too. I suggest How to draw the human figure by the famous artists school & getting an anatomy coloring book. Go to amazon or barnes & noble & type in drawing the human figure or anatomy, there are many helpful books out there.
