Biseor's Forums are the best forums EVER! Seriously. I'm not even lying. Well, it is a good forum for discussing politics, or cursing at people. It's like an online disfunctional family now that I think about it...

I frequent Lumental and Enayla's Forum. And I'm waiting for GFXartist to be done with their fusion with 3DPalette...

And for everyone capable of talking german I highly recommend Daniel Lieske's nice little digital art forum.
That's where I hang out the most.

I think the reason people were objecting to Lumental was that...eh...only MEN were invited. (I'm not saying that this is necessarily true--this is definitely second-hand information.) I can't really say for sure what the problem REALLY was. I don't know much about the place--all I know is what people have told me. You'd probably have to contact one of the moderators from there if you wanted to find out their join criteria.

Hmm, okay. Lumental sounded like it was the (tongue in cheek) halls of the elite, where professional and seriously aspiring artists could go to get some verbose and in depth feedback.
It's a shame if they have something against women entering them, Socar. That would be shooting themselves in the foot, since there are some really female pro-artists here and in EK.

I'm a little confused as to why you can't even go in and see what's being posted there. There must really struggle to get members.

You can view the posts on Lumental, you just have to be invited to register. And I doubt they're struggling for members. The whole idea is to create a more focused, dedicated environment. I didn't realize there aren't any women members, though. That kind of sucks.
