Cool stuff man, you have some really creative and original ideas... very imaginative.
If I could give you one piece of valuable criticism it would be to lay off the dodge/burn dude! I don't think there is one image in your portfolio that doesn't make extensive use of the dreaded dodge/burn. Paint your highlights and shadows; it will help you heaps in the long run. Especially in getting more proficient with your values.
Nevertheless, I was quite impressed. Keep it up! |

Yeah... you are right about that... I'll be the first to admit that one. I have been slowly integrating "manual" lighting here and there... but have yet to slap it on full scale..The one thing the color dodge tool has done is to help me think how to go about lighting an image... I plan to make more of an effort in the future.. ... anyways thanks for the comments sir. when I make a totally dodge free image I'll let you know..hehee. |

Great site, great artwork. Bookmarked indeed. I just read your Methods section. Very cool. I love to read about people's different techniques. Yours is particularly interesting, with the use of layers and layer modes. And it's good to see people take the time to write it up for the community. Thanks, man... |

Your stuff kicks ass.
If it were humanly possible, I would have your baby.
