Personally I use Edit Plus, but that's more for if you want to write your code by hand.
I hear that Dreamweaver works great otherwise  |

i recommend dreamweaver, it�s very easy to use and it has most functions the others have. |

I also agree for Dreamweaver even tho I'm always ending up hitting F10 and editing most of my code by hand.  |

Dreamweaver for doing the boring stuff like tables and whatever, HomeSite for code fixing at the end. |
