Tried using the Grid tool yet?
Go into your preferences and change the Guides & Grid option to percentage. Now select a percentage like 10%, for 10 subdivisions. 20% will get you five subdivisions, etc. Now, turn grids on under View menu. Your image is now neatly divided into equal segments ready for cropping.
To make the cutting easier, make sure to turn on the "Snap to Grid" option too, for easy and accurate cutting with the crop tool.
