I feel sad, but I don't why I am sad.
And that's the sadest thing in the world not knowing why I am sad.
Someone pls cheer me up.

I know people who go through the same thing. I occasionaly visit the same land as you but for the most part I usually know why. Of course I'm not going to write my lifes SOB story. We all have one.

Go after whats bugging you that you dont want to admit to yourself thats bugging you! Easier said than done.

Get better bud,

I knew a girl once, she was a great friend, although sadly not a girlfriend, and she told me, that I don't smile enough... smiling will make you happier, smiling makes me think of her. oh and get some sunshine, it will make you happier.

scientific fact my friend!

I live in Washington
Washington has the highest depression in the country.
Washington also has the highest suicide count.
We have no sun around here.
My source of sunlight...

well it has been rather sunny up here in BC this winter.. it was damn warm today.

anyways.. what i like to do when im feelin down or bored out of my mind (which can get me a little depressed) is to go out for a drive. blasting some music as i dive though the hills hehe... of course i live in abbotsford so im in the valley and closer to some hills and mountains then you are, but yeah, it could be worth a shot.. that is if you can drive or have a car hehe

Death Is Not The End

When you're sad and when you're lonely
And you haven't got a friend
Just remember that death is not the end

And all that you held sacred
Falls down and does not mend
Just remember that death is not the end
Not the end, not the end
Just remember that death is not the end

When you're standing on the crossroads
That you cannot comprehend
Just remember that death is not the end

And all your dreams have vanished
And you don't know what's up the bend
Just remember that death is not the end
Not the end, not the end
Just remember that death is not the end

When the storm clouds gather round you
And heavy rains descend
Just remember that death is not the end

And there's no-one there to comfort you
With a helping hand to lend
Just remember that death is not the end
Not the end, not the end
Just remember that death is not the end

For the tree of life is growing
Where the spirit never dies
And the bright light of salvation
Up in dark and empty skies
When the cities are on fire
With the burning flesh of men
Just remember that death is not the end

When you search in vain to find
Some law-abiding citizen
Just remember that death is not the end

Not the end, not the end
Just remember that death is not the end
Not the end, not the end
Just remember that death is not the end

Cheer up, Everyone. You know what they say.
Some things in life are bad,
They can really make you mad.
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle,
Don't grumble, give a wistle!
And this'll help things turn out for the best...
And...

...always look on the bright side of life!
(whistle)

Always look on the bright side of life...
If life seems jolly rotten,
There's something you've forgotten!
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing,

When you're feeling in the dumps,
Don't be silly chumps,
Just purse your lips and whistle -- that's the thing!
And... always look on the bright side of life...

(whistle)
Come on!

(other start to join in)
Always look on the bright side of life...
(whistle)

For life is quite absurd,
And death's the final word.
You must always face the curtain with a bow!
Forget about your sin -- give the audience a grin,
Enjoy it -- it's the last chance anyhow!

So always look on the bright side of death!
Just before you draw your terminal breath.
Life's a piece of shit,
When you look at it.

Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true,
You'll see it's all a show,
Keep 'em laughing as you go.
Just remember that the last laugh is on you!

And always look on the bright side of life...
(whistle)
Always look on the bright side of life
(whistle)

Come on guys, cheer up

Always look on the bright side of life...

Always look on the bright side of life...

Worse things happen at sea you know

Always look on the bright side of life...

I mean--what have you got to lose?
you know, you come from nothing
-you're going back to nothing
what have you lost? Nothing!

Always look on the bright side of life...
(fade out)

...hope that cheered you up...

When sitting on the bog,
and contemplating the end,
I dropped my last joint,
down the u-bend,

down the u-bend,
down the u-bend,

I dropped my last joint,
down the u-bend,

**************

There is a story of an emperor, who turned to his Grand Vizier and said, "Give me something that will make me happy when I am sad, and sad when I am happy."

Some days passed, and the Vizier returned, bearing a ring, which he handed to the emperor.

The ring said: "This too will pass."

*****************

Hope that puts things in perspective, to all of the sad and happy posters here. Savour your joy, and anticipate your sadness leaving you.

I go in and out of this kind of situation often.....so long as I'm busy it doesn't bother me. Except for those times when I feel like nothing and it forces me to do nothing.

Since your depressed tho....try wallowing in your depression until you feel like you're going insane...but don't stop there, keep thinking about it....wallow....wallow...you'll space out and the room will start to look just like a static channel on tv....no try and walk around the house....cool huh! People look like clay and it feels like you're walking down a tunnel.
