Hello again... This is Zekie, the Manga drawing person.. anyhow, if you want Open Canvas, you could D/L it here. Quite a fascinating program it is.

*Note* You have to have winRAR to extract thing fella. Them Japanese people are still old sticking with lzh to compress things. lol.

the english option could be enabled on the last selection of the menu bar. quite simple really. After enabling the English, you are all on your own... this prog is pretty cool though.

I'm sorry I have to say that I have tried OpenCanvas and was not impressed with what I saw. It's fast and small - I'll give you that. But very simple in it's simulation of traditional media. The watercolor-tool in OC functions just like the paintbrush in Photoshop and very simple compared to Painter's watercolor tool. If you want to paint digital watercolor I would surely pick Painter every day. The pencil tools in OpenCanvas is likewise inferior to Painter's. Just my opinion anyways...

Thanks for the program. I work with mouse and I don't have Painter. After using this program, I really want to try what Painter have to offer. But for now, I'll play around with this. It's free and small.
