Good stuff. Always fun seeing a step-by-step when painting is involved. It's a shame so much of the detail is lost in the final version.

Thanks, but.. I don't think that I'm spending any time here that goes wasted. I think the smallest marks I'm making on these do in fact get tranlated into the final, if very subtle. |

nice.. never tried making characters like that, ive thought about it in the past.. but you make me want to REALLY try it now.. so.. ill go make a cool game now...

Thanks, the game code however is not my bag. I'm blissfully ignorant of that stuff.
I leave that to my boss, I think he uses java. |

Thanks for the tutorial Greenpeach.
I got kind of inspired by this and did my own. It's a marine type of guy carrying what is supposed to be a desert eagle with a scope on it, but its really hard to see. Anyways, here it is, with a grey bg.
