Hi, I've been planning on aquiring a mouse pen for a while, since my clogged up mouse has given me nothin but grief, my old man and mother ave decied they want to buy me somethin' on account of finishing 11th grade and i figured, y not?
What we've had in mind (and just about thee noly one i know about) is the WACOM graphire, what do you people use? what would you reccomend? should I stick with a mouse?
P.S.
Keep in mind my budget is i the 100-125 $ range, no more.

You could check out some of the older threads on this topic, there's quite a lot of them around.
Personally I use an Intuos 12x12, because I don't mind the space it takes on my desktop, and if I don't want to draw that big, I can make the active area smaller.
Normally I'd recommend an Intuos 6x8, however, if you can only spend that much, a Grapphire would do nicely, though if you can get one, a refurbished Intuos 4x5 would also fit the price category and probably be of longer use.
P.S. Don't go for non-WACOMs. They're not worth it, at least none of which I've seen. |

I'm using an Acecad Acecat Flair 5" x 4" and I'm rather content with it. I've used the Wacoms at college, and really, there isn't much difference. Sure, the Wacom is the better, but personally only because of the thinner stylus.
But, if you can get a Wacom, go for it. @:-p |
