Looks kinda cool...

Probably won't look good, but have you tried putting the menu on the leftmost cog in the same way that the screen is attached? Then you could make it in flash, and have the like a little square rotate down with one of those arms that are holding up the screen... having it go from behind the menu and stop behind the screen displaying the text that is on the board... could look kinda coo

No offense, but what is the point of a webcam if your going to watch a person look at a computer screen with little or no movement for hours on end?

Maybe if you had dancing girls that would be a little different.
