There was this killer one, but I checked it today and it had been removed. The person who posted it was from here (how we all found out about it.)

I thought I might be able to find a copy on a different server that someone put up while they were trying to suss out a space to host, but have failed. See if you can get the details of the book from the thread I mentioned above.

I know you wanted on-line ref, but this book is the bomb for anatomy, and IMO it is well worth sourcing a copy.
