I think maybe you're looking for "Non-Photo Blue" pencils. They carry them at most any art store. Or you could always order some online. |

I guess they just scan pencil sketches and adjust the colours to make it look more interesting. I think rampage told that once |

mmmm...
Tyler is right !
These are animation pencils.
"col-erase" Non-photo-blue are the most popular... but there is lots of different colours !!!
You must have in mind that these pencils are really great because despite its color are easy to erase...
The feeling is diferent to a graphite pencil, though...
If ya have any trouble finding them you can order some box at http://www.chromacolour.com/
(I must do it soon !!! ;;; )
As they are dammit difficult to find in Spain I used blue leads for my mechanical0.5pencil, I did a lot of drawings with them, but the blue leads are almost impossible to erase so you cnt have any mistake...
Despite this I really love its feeling...
here you have an old drawing that I have on-line right now:
"Happy People Dancing in the moonlight"
Hope ya like it!
And of course you have another chance if you want make your lines look colored, you can make what S4Sb said: Simply scan the drawing and make some adjustements with photoshop (or similar)
In my actual "gallery/finished" post I have an hb pencil drawing with adjustements...
You can check it here...
