Heeey! I was at a book store today, I saw some awesome acrylic painting books. They had some really nice techniques in them too. But they average about 40$ for one. (They were all hardcover)

I am just wondering if maybe someone could help me. I am looking for a paint mixing guide. All of my colors always look straight-from-the-tube. This is the thing I have the hardest time with, mixing the right colors. Which is of course very important. So, I'm looking for a color mixing guide. An online one, that I could print out.

And possible some techniques that I could look at to develope my own. Since I just started to paint, there is of course alot to learn. There is always something to learn. So I would like to develope some technique. Could anyone possibly help me with this too? Some online resourses would be marvelous.

Thank you.

/edit/ Spelling mistake.

Stephan Quiller's books are very good - his color wheel for painter's is very useful.
I've put up a few things on my Geocities site - take a look, there may be something there you can use. Good Luck.

Frost, I'm doing both I suppose. But the feel from painting in real life is so amazing. I really do most of my drawing on the computer. I sketch alot on it. I do alot of coloring on it too, but I never really got too serious with it. Do you know what I'm talking about?

I'll post more later, it's storming here. I'm afraid of the dark. Power, please stay on.
