This is the only board i could think of to post something like this on...
I've been looking all over for a usable morphing program to morph two video clips into each other, Or two images. That has morphing guides, kind of like splines or something... I mean a program that can do stuff like in the Matrix when an agent gets a new body. I used a program like this years ago, but don't remember the title. It also didn't work with movie clips.
If anybody could help me out and gimme a damned title for a program like this i'd be very greatful! Thanks ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/biggrin.gif) |

Long ago there was a software app called 'Morph', made by Gryphon Software, both now probably long-extinct. It was a small package for doing exactly what you describe...
...or is it? Morph worked on still images, as I remember, although you could create an animation of one still image morphoing into another. Elastic reality of another high-end film effects app is probably what you're looking for. It might be possible to create the effect you want using another, more accessible app, like After Effects, but I'd have to know more about the effect you want to create.

you're definetely talking about 'Elastic Reality' - it's pretty much the best morphing software out there. I've just seen someone using it today
nowadays it's mostly being used as a rotoscoping tool though. |
