I noticed that A LOT of you guys are having trouble finding web space to post your images. I know a way where you can get it (with direct links to your images) and get thousands more people to view your artwork each month.
Join www.ice.org! Ice is a group of artists that put all the pictures that members create into a "pack" that goes on display every month. The site gets thousands of hits and lots of feedback from it's users. I have even landed quite a few freelance jobs from the publicity.
I have been a fan of the group for 8 years and a member for 2. The members are friendly, and are always willing to help out with any art dilema that you might have.
We even occasionally manage to grab a few beers together.
To apply to the group, email 3 or more pieces or artwork to [email protected]. There are no rules, you don't need to submit artwork every month to keep your webspace. Once you are a member, you are a member for life.
