I need to hire 3D artists and programmers for upcoming projects.
3D artists: should know MAX, can model(low/high poly, characters and levels), and bonus if you can do textures/animate too. Prior experience not as important as talent and dedication/hard-working.
Programmers: should know c++ and other programming languages for games. Big bonus if you have experience with multiplayer/online games. You should also know Direct X 8.0 and be able to work with 3D engines(existing one or build from scratch).
Most importantly, you must be willing to relocate to Louisville, Kentucky. Contract work is possible, but limited.

Hey, thanks for all the emails!
Just to clarify something: I'm mostly looking for a full-time, in house 3d Artist. It's really important to have the person be part of the team and work together on a daily basis. Also, this position will be available in a month or two. Remember, you'll have to relocate to Louisville.
Contract work is definitely something we utilize at times, but ideally, we want someone to be part of our family, not just a voice on the phone(it's also more fun to hear you scream down the hall when you get your ass sniped in a LAN game. UT, Counter strike, you name it). But, when the need comes up, we will use freelance artists. For all of you who expressed interest in freelance work, I have all of your websites bookmarked and I'll keep all of you in mind when the need comes up.
