I am doing this school project for DAT which requires me to design and create a logo and stationary items etc.. for a restaurant.
I would appreciate some insite in how I should go about desinging the logo. What I should do and what I shouldn't do. Like what colours a best to use, how complicated the image should be and some advice on what professional companies look for in logos.
Also I am having troubles thinking of a name as well. Advice would be helpfull.
I will be grateful for any help.
Thanks |

Use "Spencers" as the name, I say just pic a few darker colors and stick with that...

errrrr.. don't they teach you this at school?? you've only asked for information that takes years to learn. there are no answeres to those questions. all depends on Target demographic if you've interested in it at all.
it would take someone very knowlageable to give you any sort of answer to that in the space available here. and I doubt that it would be of much help anyway. I'm sorry to be so blunt. but that's my oppinion on the matter. |

ask the company what colors they like and observer any patters they use alot. Decide on one or two fonts no more don't get all nutz with fonts. Go simple. come up with a few loose ideas and get one approved before putting too much work into it.. thats all I can offer for now.
