Once all the arguments are done about which is better for the subject you're asking about, I think it's mostly a personal preference thing. This subject's been covered many times. Have you already done a "search" in the archives? Or a search in this discussion area? Also, take a look at the Faq if you haven't already.
There's actually a wealth of information in the old archives. I've spent many hours there myself. Have fun.
