Just an idea here. Since I've been here(almost a year now..man, time flies, I've learned tons), I've seen many really excellent threads. Many with extensive tutelage from people like Spooge or Fred or others. Now, we can all do a search for those threads, using the(gasp) search function of the forum. However, how excellent it would be to compile those threads into a meaningfull list of topics. Clear out the excess comments, and put together some pages just of Sijun pseudo-tutorials. I doubt Dahib has time to do that, but if an effort were made on the part of some forum members, it's quite possible that it could be completed, and just given to Dahib to post in a seperate section, like the FAQ or Draw Club. Eh?

Something similar like this came up regarding putting together a book of all the top-notch threads. I think it sounds great as well, not the book idea perhaps, but definately an online, tutorial database...ah, just thinking about all those great threads in one place sounds great.

Maybe we should start seeing who's willing to start, then we can figure out how this process would be easiest with a little of Dhabi's help...?

Maybe we could set up categories at the start, give a bunch of threads to a lot of different people, then have them send them back (categorized, weeded, and edited) to the "post-master" who will file them real quick and post em up? That's one way I could think of...

*edit/ forgot a word

I agree. Very good idea. Having Dhabib host the threads would probably be best, but if he can't for some reason, I've got some server space free.

So I guess the first step would be to go through the archives, and dig up all the old great threads. I know some people regularly bookmark threads they think are useful - would anyone care to post their list, as a starting point?

OK, great. Starting now, let's dig up good threads. Post them in a seperate post, with the description/title first, then the link below that. That way we'll have a clean list started. I'll look to see what I can dig up later tonight.
