Hi,
My name is Roy Fielding and I work as a computer games artists for Warthog plc. We are located in North-West England. Check out the site at :

Some previous titles are Starlancer (PC & Dreamcast, Star Trek-Invasion (PSX) and Tom and Jerry (GBC and PSX).
Warthog are embarking on exciting new projects for new platfroms such as X-Box, PS2, Gamecube, GBA and are seeking talented artists to join our teams.
We offer competitive salaries and bonus schemes and are looking for people experienced with Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop etc. We also require excellent character animators and good all-round talent.

Awww... crud... too bad you're in the UK, and too bad I just got out of the game industry (was a game designer/artist for over 4 1/2 years). Still, thanks for the post... I'm sure you'll get a tremendous response...

working with game stuff would be cool if a graphics artist didn't have to do 2d, 3d, interfaces, texture, and print/press media..

just a cynical little remark.
my company doesn't do *games* but we do the tech that you could stick a game on top of.
i do those that i listed. plus video. and teach incompetent fools with things such as how to make a fucking circle in photoshop. needless to say i don't like it much.

Well guys, we do actually consider people from overseas. Also, you don't NEED to be an all-rounder who has to do 3d, 2d, design, interfaces, marketing work. We also are looking for people with a flare and not necessarily a master of ALL fields.
