Hello.. just wanted to know... any of you making comic books for fun that you can post... I'm trying to make one and have some questions needed to be answered. Do I have to sign my name on the last box of every page?

Flexibel Elf is drawing a comic(for fun?)
and there is another guy but I forgot his name just do a search at the archive
and you will find the comics

if you have some question why don't you post it here?
-and I don't think you have to sign every page as long as your comic contains more than one page

This is my first post, so I'm hoping the signerature works fine. Im also gonna try to pop in an image...

Just so you know... I've worked on several comic books in the past. (I thought it was my future) Yes, as a precaution, you should sign every page, along with indicating the page number and comic book title. It not only aids in proper record keeping, but in potential copyright issues. It's only, really, a precautionery measure... many upstart comic book companies won't give a hoot if you just send them a bundle of artwork with your name on every page, or only on the cover of the paper sack you present it in. Other companies(larger ones like Image or Marvel), however, are quite anal about making sure every t is crossed and every i is dotted.

You don't have to sign the actual cell, I should point out... just have your name (if this is a proper comic book layout page) in the unuseable margins. If the margins don't exist, then I'd strongly suggest signing the cell. The standard method is for an artist to sign the final cell of a comic book, and often the /splash/ page, or the first attention grabbing page of the book.

Of course you sign the cover, too... but I suppose that goes without saying (until now).

Good luck!
