Dang... what's wrong with you guys coming up with the topics/subjects that are hard to draw! Are you trying to kill me or what??
Why can't you come up with ideas like *aherm* a nice pretty elf girl or something? hehehe....
*runs away and hides*
=}
Don't think I'm not going to attempt this though, you've already got me started! *grumbles and mutters*

Boy, ya gotta love the sudden proliferation of mechs around here in the past few days. Thats a really solid looking design you have there Gecko, and the background has turned out well.
Hopefully I will be getting the finalized version of the ROAC drawing I have been working on posted today. |

Aight, added some detail and played with the colors (curves & hue/saturation to the rescue :P)
I'll smack the tree on the left to an acceptable level of detail next. And maybe post the final pic in its own thread

thanks for the comments!
flush: really cool sketches, the desert unit looks great. But wtf are you doing commanding some middle eastern mech battalion?
the green launch pad looks silly, with the "teeth" on the front at all.. heh, man, hope your country ain't putting any money into those.. i'm not sure if others could take you seriously.. :], I mean, the norwegians have been looking over the mountains for some time.. just waiting for their chance.
kig: I need all the support I can get... even if they come from a frozen mechwarrior!
The feet look like it's not very stable with that heavy armament... better launch some of the missiles, I'm sure we can find a common target :)
el caseron: I'm not sure...after that thread I can't ever expect to fully recover.. so the masks are probably gonna stay :]
haha it's a fun thread, I've got a couple of hours idling so I might have to start a war with some country... happy new year!

ok i've gotta come to the aid of my fellow canuck, frost. from the land of ice and snow, aimed directly at el caseron! (since he didn't provide me with a mech to demolish)
btw, this is the first painting i've ever done without having linework underneath, and my first mech. interesting experience.

Let's see we've got mech's from Sweden, Finland, heck even Canada . Where's the US contigent? And the Russian bear?
Guess I have to take matters into my own hands. On behalf of the US, I present the Boeing MK-52 Mech Killer. Armed with twin 600mm armour piercing Gauss cannons, and enough AGM missiles to flatten the entire Swedish, Canadian and Finnish mech forces combined
Mwahahaha!
