This, I drew because I wanted to draw beautiful hair. I'm sorry if it's a boring picture...
(this one actually took me some time to make... enjoy! )
(edit) Messed up the image tag - thanks faust for pointing it out to me

You forgot the / in your last img tag
Beautiful hair enayla!
One thing I would like to see you do in your paintings is to sharpen up your lips a bit. Your eyes are very detailed and crisp, yet it gets a tad fuzzy around the mouth. It would look wonderful if you could maintain that sharpness

Heheh, I fixed the img thing - but thanks anyway
Oooh, and thanks for pointing the thing about the mouth out to me - no one ever did. And I never thought about it, but looking at it now, I can see you're right I'll remember that, and fix it after my party

Speaking of her eyes being crisp and clear, this is what it looks like up close (original size of the image):

Enayla-
Well, the hair looks great. What else can I say, this looks very good. Maybe it's just me but it seems that the nose and cheek could use some more definition on the left side of her face. |

Wow, she's... stunning. :P
Gorgeous eyes, and gorgeous hair, as ever.
Her eyes look a bit mismatched, though. Is her right eye a bit wider than her left, or am I seeing things? |

Note to self:
Make the mouth sharper.
Check to see if her eyes are mismatched.
Define cheek on left side of face.
Refine the nose as well.
Thanks for the help, everyone!
*pokes both Solitaire and faust* Hush you two - you're both very good artists!
Binke: Heheh, you make me thinks you've never seen boobies before
AND HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

That's pretty nice, Enayla
maybe the mouth is too soft, making it look like she can't open her mouth. I like the fact that she has red eyes!
The wrinkles on her cloth don't look too
realistic i think and they look symmetric. Maybe some referance could help there.
Overall it's looking good.

Looks good, the hair and eyes especially.
the clothing looks odd between the breasts.
not much else to complain, the eyes are beautiful.

Her lips aren't touching between them, and this added to his opened eyes gives her a surprise expression that is just lovely =).

i love your style, i can tell which peices are your simply by looking at them. your hair is great, and so is the smooth shading you put into the picture.

frost is right about the eyes being on a different plane than the mouth. they seem to receed to the right while the rest of the face receeds to the left.
also, it seems like the right arm is missing. it could be behind her, but it seems a little awkward. i'm just trying to be picky though, cause its a beautiful image, of course.
and goddess, no. i think you would need to do another self portrait to get the goddess aspect down.

(cant believe i just said something that corny)

Enayla: Very very nice! The hair came out quite good! (A lot of work now isn't it? )
I'd say however that the eyes do not follow the same plane as the mouth, as it seems *her* left eye is too high... but still, this is a very very good image. Have you used reference - if not, then it's an EXCELLENT job! |
