Well, i was a little hesitant on posting again, but here goes. These are 3 new portraits i made, they in order of completion, first is scott weiland of stone temple pilots, then al pacino in scarface, and then robert plant of led zeppelin (w00 zepp rules). Ok , so please comment, crit, etc.. ;p thanks

You got the likeness of Scott Weiland and Robert Plant down but the Al Pacino one looks more like Dudley Moore.
I think the Scott Weiland one is realy done well.

out of all 3 the portrait you did of Scott just kicks ass. I just hope that someday I can get to that kind of level

hah yeah i guess the 2nd one doesnt really look too much like pacino ;p
heh
i didnt spend that much time on that one no.. i gave up because it resembled pacino so little
but yeah i did spend most of my time on weiland, maybe 10+ hours? i dunno
but pacino and plant were a little more rushed...
zoso: yes im a huge zephead, cant get nuf ;p

Nice job Deranged! I already saw the first two, but I hadnt seen the last one. Pretty good there, heh, I like the hair. Nice skin tones on that one to.

Wow. Very nice. First one looks realisitic. Second one.... hehe looks a bit constipated but very cool. As for the last one... hair could use a little work. Looking a bit flat and plentiful. |

Zepp rules man! So I'm partial to the portrait of Plant, so what?
Seriously, the one of scott looks really good. How in the heck did you get the hair to look that realistic? Damn!
Pacino has one of those tough to paint expressions. Kind of lost his likeness in that one, but still not too bad.
Plant looks good too. His chin looks a little flat on the right there, but other than that it's quite good.
Sorry that I've only been able to offer my opinion rather than suggestions or advice. Anyways, keep up the good work.
