I think making an Art E zine is an excellent idea, but it's not that easy. Perhaps you should state what kind of people you need...
columnists? editors? or cover art designers? That would make it sound much more feasible once we know what level of magazine you want to make. And the name???

Heh. Sorry, been on vacation recently. But basically just one of those free online newsletters. About 1 issue per month or 2 and it'll feature just a bit of display on artworks, perhaps cover what's new in the artworld and so forth. Right now, anything would go as it's still in the early stages. Just wondering how many people are interested. Anyway, things needed are: tutorial writers, some news columnists, cover designers, web designers, web space, etc. Basically anything goes. Title as of now is E-Artist. Up for debate
