hmmmm..very very flat looking....try to finish this a bit more then repost...actuallt the way it is I would start over and try using a pose that does not call for such effort of anatomical knowledge..until you have it down first..also maybe look at a magazine or a comic ..maybe copy a pose..or something that is how I learned... |

if you have problems with anatomy
it's always a good idea to do that pose and
look into your miror
I tryed to sketch down your pic
starting with a strokeman can be pretty helpful

Well I wouldn't say that you suck actually I think you show alot of talent. You just need to practise some more. Do as I did this week. Buy a book on anatomy (only cost me US$50) It's so heavy I hate carrying it around hehe But it really helps. And if you study it enough you'll learn to see your mistakes eventually. I really like the shading and the lighting on his hair and clothes and especially his hands. Like I said...I think you are very talented. I would stick with it and keep trying.
...maybe Dhabih should put up a seperate forum for sketches and stuff. This way digital art and drawings won't mix up. Just an idea...

I don't see anything bad with his pose except his left foot is way too high in the air. And also the hands..
