G'day Gru,
I really like this image and don't think you should do too much more unless you had a solid idea in mind of what you wanted to do with it. I like it because it stops to make you look at the image and try to figure it out. At first I was drawn into the face and though the lower half was a water refleciton but as I kept looking at the drawing, it wasn't necessarily. I like the way you have the hair/tree. Hey the more I look at this comment, even while crit'ing, the more I see in it. This is really cool. I'm thinking though that you have used enough dark shades of gray/black and could go much darker. Not 100% sure what the person is holding onto, is that a nipple ring or something.
Truly a really nice, original piece.
P.S. thanks for signing my guestbook, reminded me that I'd commented on your stuff and now I'm coming back for more comments.

Vert unique and original Got me to think about it for a while. Like Matt said, your incorporation of things into the picture to represent items is fabulous. For example, the mountains noses, the eye sun, the tree for the hair. Anyway, I'm looking at the very bottom of the picture and I see this excess hand which I think is quite unecessary. It just seems to be there. You could do without. As for the arm and the breast.... I really can't figure out what tlse that could reperesnt..... except for maybe an arm and a breast. If you decide to continue with the picture or perhaps revise it, it might be a great idea to change the armand breast to a leg and buttocks. That way, it seems more natural in the picture as the face is formed by coincidence. Anyway, Great picture and perhaps the next thing you could do is color it ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Faust, Giger? I'm thinking Dal. Did anyone ever see Un Chien Andalou. That's a fucked up movie.

Nice concept - very very Dali.
Are you gonna refine the design? Work the image more? Colour it? I think it would be worth the time / effort.

Gru, were not saying u stole anything! We just saying that your picture is similar to that of Gigers or Dali's type of works...or something to that extent.
Your picture is cool. It makes me happy too. |

Hate to be the person to mention this, but no one else seems to have mentioned it, maybe i have a sick mind, but that shadow of the tree really does look like a penis. |

Hello Gru,
I like your works a lot. I'd really like one your originals on my wall.
These pictures are a little more creative than a chick holding a gun, meesa think...
I'd love to see more of your work, keep posting!

Well my guess is you did a great job! Because it really hit me. Just got reminded of what I'm missing out on. I bet a coloured version would've made me hang myself. heheh It's a good thing you're leaving it at this.
