Sorry, it was a little confusing. Right now, the highest point of the cheek is right above the nostril, but if you feel the bones in your face, the highest point of your cheek is actually quite a bit higher, it's right under your eye (At least, it is on me). I'm sorry if this is just as confusing, but I can't think of another way to put it.

Hey all, this being my first post here and all (except like a few replies)..

Im working on this 3d head, so this one is untextured and suchs and just the basic mesh. But since many people here kick butt when it comes to characters I thought Id ask for some suggestions on how to improve it.

Personally I know of a few trouble areas myself, but are kinda curious what additional ones you might see.

The head is really good with very few errors that I can see. I think that you should work on the ear a bit more, right now it seems a little thin and therefore, a little flat, especially around the back. The lips are really great, they are probably my favorite part of the model. The nose is also very good but I think that the nostrils may be up a little too far. (This is probably a detail that varies from person to person so it isn't a big deal.) The other thing that I'm not sure about is the lower eye/upper cheek area. If I remember correctly, the upper cheek is generally higher than the lower cheek and the lower eyelid doesn't jut out as sharply as it does on your model. But as I said, this model is great and only needs a few minor minor tweaks. How did you model it? Nurbs curves, Subdivision surfaces? Well, anyhow, let's see what other people say 'cuz I could be completely wrong on most of my observations. Perhaps soon I'll post some new 3D stuff I'll be working on.
