Your work continues to impress me, as for the 'purple' color reference, I am stuck with a strange laptop while the desktop (with a real video card) is being rebuilt.

Heh... this thread is like a jo-jo... it keeps bouncing up again and again.
Peter: I know the bird looks screwed up... eep... I was just so sick of working on the picture by then :/ Sometime, I might fix it... but then again, I might not.
NDR113: Yes, I work pretty fast... It's how my mind works - I get short, intense bursts of inspiration and if I don't salvage then... well... I can just suit myself. Often I never get back to really finishing the pictures though. Which is a real pity.
Dthind: It's okay... heh... it might well BE purple for all I know - I'm no expert on colour names, especially not the English ones. I only know I like that particular hue... I think it's "lavender", though 
Visigoth: *shamefaced*... No website... waaah... Hydrid might make one for me, I dunno. My biggest problem is that while I /might/ (a big "might" here) come up with a kind of design based on one of my pictures or something... I'll /never/ be able to program the site properly. I used to make some rather neat pages a couple of years ago, before the technique evolved into things so complicated I just gave up :/

Maybe they can fly upward in a spiral movement riding the 'slipstream' of the bird...with faerie dust falling behind them...might be an idea I don't know if you know what a slipstream is...But if you've ever seen Nils Holgerson it should have been explained to you. hehe Hope it all works out for ya Spit. The only problem that I have right now is trying not to go to bed at 6am and waking up at 12. Anyway...I still like the happy forest better. I think you are very good at picking colors for that sorta thing Enayla. Like in your Winter Dance. All the pastels are really cool. I heard you said awhile ago that you didn't think girls were better at picking colors. But I do think that. Girls have better taste. Guys want everything dark and dramatic. But girls usually go for the softer touch. And I like that last one more myself. hehe I'm just very much in touch with my feminin side. I like the colors you used in this picture too. I can't wait to see your site though. It's kind of a mess to check the forum back for your artwork. And I alwyas dismantle them in my head and try to see how you made them. Well...yeah that's all for now
