hey people, on saturday i saw "MacGyver". I didn't see it for a very long time and i had to realize, that it can't chain me up on the tv as it did when i was younger.
I found it so extremely cool when i was 14-15 (now i am 21).
I think I still like it, because his ideas are damn smart, but more in an ironic way.
What do you think: Is he cool or not???

Anyone that can figure out how to compose a nuclear reactor from a match, a piece of string, a rock and a juice box is pretty cool with me

Although, I could do it too... if I really wanted to.

he is awesome, but really, how many situations can you be in to have the right type of material each show?!? But I guess that is why it is a show and not real

I escaped from death once...
14 Dogs with rabies... horny too, in a circular green room with a large spinning bomb in the middle. Oh yea, the room was encased in concrete, which was steel plated (4feet thick) And I escaped usin a toothpick, boogers and a piece of armit hair!!! I was in this straight jacket... with my legs died behind my righ ear and I was wrapped in duct tape! =)

^_^

Hows that for Macgyver for ya?

Its not the size of your tablet doesn't really matter, its how you use it! ^_^

I have my own little MacGyveresque escape that is completely true!

I had found myself trapped inside of a dark, musty place. I was covered in blood and some other kind of weird fluid, but through my persistent kicks and flailing about I finally escaped my most certain doom.
It was a tight squeeze but I managed to get my head out and then the doctor pulled me the rest of the way out, spanked me and told my parents they were now the proud mother and father of a healthy baby boy! hehe.

Hey macgyver is damn cool, pity he's in that crappy stargate show now.
True story now: Back about 10 years ago when i was living in South Africa, there was a paedophile-murderer who was terrorizing the country(back then this was fairly unusual down there) About 20 girls all in their early teens went missing. Then this one girl was kidnapped and she was locked in a closet while the paedophile decided where to take her. She escaped by using some technique she saw on Macgyver. The paedophiles then commited suicide(turned out it was the girls aunt and some guy) ending the whole episode.
so dont diss macgyver.

Smarties are good. Dr. Bof, do they have Smarties in England? Just compressed powdered sugar with a bit of food coloring. Good for cavities......

I don't know, I never really got into MacGyver.... I feel like such a geek

Immi, that's a good story. Very creepy... Kind of reminds me of the movie "Kiss The Girls" They wouldn't play that movie in the theators in Virginia,USA, because they were having murders at the time the movie was released. Women were disapearing and comming up...dead.

Hey, why are most horror movies based around the mutilation, rape and murders of women? Don't you think that's a little fucked up? I do.... I just never really thought about it a whole lot

OHHHH I loooove Cadbury Eggs. Those are sooo good. They only sell them around Easter here. But I have an aunt who lives in Scottland and she used to bring them to the states and give them to us when ever she would visit. And that chocolate covered toffee, I can't remember what it's called... it begins with a 't' though. Trumble or something like that.

You got me all hungry now. Have to go to the candy store today I guess. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to re-direct the discussion from MacGyver to candy. I love candy, I can't help it.... my name is Jessica and...... *sniff* I'm a 'junkie'

Creme Eggs are awesome. They should have them year-round. Easter is easily the coolest holiday. I suppose most people like Christmas more, but they don't have Creme Eggs then, so it's no good.

But I'm afraid Pez still reigns supreme. I'm up to 86 dispensers right now. I could live on Pez alone. Especially the peppermint ones. Strawberry ain't half bad either.

HEY!!!

creme eggs, cadbury eggs, skinny and green, nestle, mars....????

Don't degrade my damn cool MacGyver-topic.

Sometimes I wonder about peoples thoughts wandering so far away from the actual topic.

P.S.: I like those eggs too, but i can eat only three or four of them, otherwise i have to puke. Darn!!!
