The centers of your eyes look really funny. You should actually center the puple of the eye inside the retna and leave the glare off-centered.
Then you should probably sharpen the edges of the face, it looks a little blurry.

Yeah, the pupil is never anywhere but the center of the eye.

Pupil in center of iris, and it looks very scary to have someone starring dead on at you. Should try to get eyes atleast slightly off dead center. Look at the eyes of the broad on entertainment tonight, always dead on with the camera, she looks like a frigg'n zombie. |

It's looking good, but it looks a little flat and lifeless to me. It's hard to explain, so I just messed around with it for a few minutes to try and give it some depth.
I know it looks terrible, but I'm just trying to explain what I think would make the pic look better. More varied skintones some more shading, and most importantly, carving out the structure of the face a little more rather than relying on flat lines to show form. |

just 1 more question though
How did you get that brush effect? like I said earlier im kinda new to photoshop and am really eager to learn.
